1. Rinse After Use: Immediately rinse your swimsuit with fresh cool water after swimming in the ocean or pool. This step is essential even if you've just been sunbathing. Saltwater, chlorine, sunscreen, and sweat can damage the elasticity of your swimwear. Rinse promptly to maintain its quality.
2. Proper Washing: Wash your swimsuit in cold water using a cleaner specifically formulated for swimwear. Using regular detergent may harm the elastic fabric. We recommend Soak Wash, an eco-friendly option made in Canada. It's the best on the market and available in delightful scents.
3. Gentle Handling: After washing, rinse your swimsuit in cold water and gently squeeze out the excess water. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as this can damage its elasticity.
4. Drying: Lay your swimwear flat in the shade to dry. Direct sunlight can fade the colors and weaken the fabric over time.
5. Storage Note: Never leave a wet or dirty swimsuit in a bag for an extended period. If immediate washing isn't possible, rinse it and hang it to dry until you can wash it properly.

2. Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies. Expedited and express shipping options are available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

4. International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.

You can return your item(s) for a store credit of the item's value or an exchange within 30 days of receipt.

We will provide the full return address when you receive your Returns Authorization number.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt along with the original proof of purchase. They must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Returns without prior authorization or damaged returns will be sent back to the sender. Gift Cards and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Store credits do not expire and can be used for any purchase on our site.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using registered or traceable postal services, as we are not responsible for lost returns until they are received by us.

If you receive a faulty item, please email us to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace the faulty item if available, or issue a refund upon return.
