Mayassah is an online store which means unfortunately we don’t have a physical store to visit. Our easy returns allow you to try your items and change your mind if they are not quite right!

IS IT SAFE TO PURSHACE ONLINE FOR MAYASSAH?
100%! Mayassah is based in Dubai, managed and run by European team. we use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY PAYMENT INFORMATIONS ARE PROTECTED?
When making an online purchase using a payment card, the bank may require you to confirm your identity through the use of a so-called "3D Secure" authentication method.
There are several options for performing this online authentication, including SMS, email, app confirmation or using TouchID. It is advisable to contact your bank to make sure they have the correct contact information in case you are asked to use SMS or email for 3D Secure authentication. Don't forget to contact your bank to get all the necessary details about activating and using this service.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARD ?
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a gift card.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RETSTOCK STYLES ?
Yes, we do regularly restock our most popular styles! Sometimes it takes one week.

WHAT IS PRE-ORDER ?
A pre-order style is a piece that we don't have available in our warehouse yet which we allow our customers to purchase in advance. If you purchase a pre-order style, we will dispatch your order when the stock arrives to our mayassah warehouses.
The estimated date of arrival will show in the product description. This estimate is subject to change should delivery delays be experienced.
When you order other items along with a pre-order style, we will ship all available items straight away and ship the pre-order style once it reaches us.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?
We understand how confusing it can be choosing the perfect size. We have included our size guide on all of the products which provides measurements and comparison for US and EU sizes. You can find the size guide on every product page just under the sizes.
Orders
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering online from Mayassah is easy! When viewing an item, select your size and quantity, then click 'Add to Cart'. Review the items in your cart by clicking the 'Cart' icon in the top right corner. After reviewing, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout to place your order. Click "Checkout" and follow the instructions until your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary once the order is completed.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A MAYASSAH ACCOUNT TO MAKE PURCHASES?
No, you do not need to have or create an account to place an order, you can complete the order as a guest. However, we recommend that you create an account to save your information, check your purchase history, save your favorite items in a wish list and speed up the shopping cart process.
CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER I JUST PLACED ?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is confirmed, you cannot make changes. If you entered incorrect data, please contact our customer service team immediately with your change request details. Our warehouse team packs and ships orders quickly, so contact us within 6 hours for the best chance of making changes. We will try our best if the order has not been shipped yet. Note that our customer care team may work in a different time zone than some of our online store locations.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ?
To request cancellation of an order you can contact our customer service team. You can only request this on the same day you placed your order, and no later than 4 hours after placing it. After this period, we are unable to guarantee that your order can be cancelled as the warehouse may have already processed and delivered the order to the courier.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email please check your junk or spam folder as it may have been filtered there.
If not located, please contact us by and someone from our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to resend it to you!
Shipping
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, if you have any questions regarding the estimated delivery timeframe of your order, we highly recommend that you contact the courier company. If you have further questions about your tracking or haven’t received the tracking email please contact us!
HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER
For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. For delivery it takes 3-7 business days depending on the country of delivery.
Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting Monday. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom's processing.
WHERE IS MY ORDER ?
If your tracking number states your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it. Please contact our customer service team within 14 business days.
Returns & refunds
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM OR WRONG SIZE?
If you receive items with manufacturing faults, we apolozige for that! please email us your order number, specify the damaged or incorrect items, and include photos of the fault if possible within 14 days from your delivrey date.
Note that manufacturing faults do not cover loose threads, unmatched prints, or wear and tear, as these are natural occurrences. If your package shows signs that it was damaged in transit please email our customer service team within 7 days and they will assist you promptly.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEMS
There are no exchanges available on sale items. All sale items are sold as final sale only. Please refer to our returns policy further details.
HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
Once our warehouse receives your return and completes the necessary checks, Refund procedures will then begin, which may take up to 3 business days.
For payments made by credit card,the refund will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase. Crediting timeframes can vary among banking institutions but generally occur within 14 days. If you haven't received your refund within 14 days, please contact your bank, as we are not responsible for interbank processing times.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RETURN MY ORDER WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME PROVIDED FOR BY THE COMPANY'S POLICY?
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are unable to complete the return process within the specified timeframe (14 days), please note that we won't be able to accept the return. Any items sent back after this period will be returned to you without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
